Basically, what you need to do is:

1. Install LittleBrother and set it to "Small Mode"

2. Go to Cydia, remove LittleBrother and CONTINUE QUEUEING, after that install UpScale and proceed. Respring.

3. Using UpScale, set your resolution to iP6+

Now head back to Cydia, queue uninstalling UpScale and install LittleBrother.
Respring, and boom, done!

Suggestion:

To remove the glitches when watching a video, download RoundScreenCorners or i8corners to fix it.
